Delivery & Returns
Please allow upto 3 working days for your order to be despatched. This does not include weekends or bank holidays.
We will send your order via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked and we will supply you with full tracking details via an email or text so please check your junk inbox as it may go in there.
Delivery prices are calculated at checkout and are based on the size and weight of your order. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any order at anytime.
International Orders - The customer is responsible for all Importing Tax and Duty incurred due to Brexit.
We truly hope you are happy with your purchase but if for whatever reason you are not we are happy to offer an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of delivery. (excluding original delivery charge)
We will arrange whichever you prefer as soon as possible. If you would like to return the item to us please ensure it is protected for its journey as we can't be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit and we may not be able to refund you. The cost for returning an item if your not happy will be the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES / FAULTY
We always check each item before it is sent but should it arrive damaged or is faulty please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve swiftly for you. We will require photographs of the damages or faults so we can claim back from our couriers/suppliers.

We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.
