Can I add to my order?
Products can not be added to an order once it has been placed, you will need to place a new order for the additional products.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed I’m afraid it can not be cancelled. You will need to follow the returns procedure.
Pre-Orders
Please be sure that you would like to preorder an item, if you have changed your mind then we can cancel your order but a administration charge may apply.
Admin Charges
We reserve the right to charge a 10% admin charge on uncollected parcels and cancelled orders.
