Can I add to my order?
Products can not be added to an order once it has been placed, you will need to place a new order for the additional products. 

Can I cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order if you have changed your mind. Please email sales.homesweethomeware@gmail.com within 48 hours of placing your order. If the 48 has lapsed you will need to follow the returns procedure to return the unwanted products. 


Please be sure that you would like to preorder an item, if you have changed your mind then we can cancel your order but a administration charge may apply. 


Admin Charges

We reserve the right to charge a 10% admin charge on uncollected parcels and cancelled orders.
